Dr. Butler has practiced ENT medicine in the Salt Lake Valley since 2004. A graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, he completed his internship and residency at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Butler is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and a past president of the Utah Society of Otolaryngology.
