Ann has 30 years of experience as a physical therapist. She has primarily treated people with neurological conditions including; stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s Disease and traumatic brain injury. She also has extensive experience in vestibular rehabilitation, where she has addressed multi-factorial balance deficits, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo , Meniere’s Disease, gait disturbances, cervicogenic dizziness, vestibular neuritis and general “dizziness”. She enjoys working with people who have balance and mobility deficits and helping to reduce the risk of fall, particularly in the elderly.
She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Vestibular Rehabilitation and the Balance and Falls special interest groups. She completed the APTA’s competency courses in both Vestibular Rehabilitation and Cervicogenic Dizziness. She has also completed her LSVT Big certification for treating people with Parkinson’s Disease.
